Les Fourneaux du Manège combines fine foods with a wide range of prices. Our chef prepares tasteful dishes using fresh local products. The wines have also been selected in the same manner and are of excellent quality but enjoy attractive prices.

Our hospitality is second to none and you will receive a very warm welcome from our staff. Our maître d’hôtel, Patrick Moleins will put you at ease both with his sense of humour and with his attention to detail. He will assist you with your selection whether it is the dish of the day or a Business Lunch and will of course aid you in organizing banquets and your special needs.

Our chef, Stéphane Clement, with over fifteen years of experience in the kitchen, will surprise you with his creative cuisine and his freshwater specialties from the lake.
